It is a copper wire. The light wires are off the back where the gauge fits in the car.

It is not an electric one. Just the sensor in the head back to the gauge. It was at the back of the gauge the wire was broken from the sensor.

I keep blowing fuses & the wipers, blinkers & washer,fuel gauge will not work. I have looked & cannot see anything wrong. It is the 3 & 4 fuse in a series 2 MM

Can it come from push button on floor or does it have to come from lights themselves.

Auto spark. yes that is it. what sort of solder? I have been told that you use aluminium solder. The auto electrician told me that,but no one else seems to know about it.
