I see the Morry clubs usually attend this event, but i havn't seen anything this time.
Are they still going?
I'm planning of going (most likely in my Mercedes though)
Missed it last year as there was a club run to lithgow that day.
On the way back i saw a few Minors, and it was really good to receive a friendly wave from every one of them.
I was in the Black Series II going in the other direction

Good to see a couple of Morries going. Won't be taking ours.
Lovely car to drive, its a great long distance car, but its not showy enough to take there. I'll be in the Finny Merc and dad will probably take the Daimler 2.5 V8. They are the show pony cars. Too hot for the Renault and the Honda.
Thats the best thing about driving a morry. Everybody waves to you. And not always other classic drivers.
People just point at the renault and if you pull up anywhere in it they say "oh look at the fiat/vw (even the occasional /morry)" or "what the hell is that?" or "how the hell do you fit in that little car?"
In the Honda people say "oh what a lovely MG. what a shame they have butchered it and put a honda engine in it" and also, "i'd love one of those, but i'd never fit in it" then i get out at 6 foot 1 and tower over them, they get in and can't reach the pedals
And in the Merc all i get is a "hail Hitler" with the salute!
But everyone is always friendly with a Morry
