Hi, there is a pin underneath the switches for lights and wipers. The choke and starter knobs dont come off as far as I know.

Starter has a nuts behind the dash, disconnect the cable from the fire wall mounted solenoid its a whole unit including the cable
Choke is the same but disconnect cable from the Carbie
Lights and wiper have the mounting nuts on the front and have a spring loaded pin under the knob, just use a small nail to push the pin up while pulling on the knob
Ignition switch has 2 small bolts and nuts and is mounted to the bottom of the dash

the choke knob has a big nut on the back of it, undo that and pull it all the way through.
the starter from memory undoes at the solinoid and is similar to the choke.
lights and wipers as mentioned above
