What's the correct amp-rating for the in-line fuse on a 1970 Traveller ... 10A or??

Cheers.

It's the only 'in-line' fuse in the system ... it's in the tail light circuit and is housed in a single fuse holder located near the main fuse(s) holder.

I have checked all the manuals I have both hard cover and electronic versions (4 versions) and the fuse you described isn't shown in any of them. I assume it is fitted by a previous owner. If it is for the brake lights it would be 10 amp, 5 amp if it is just tail lights

The fuse is factory fitted: cf. p.26 Morris Minor Driver's Handbook & p.136 Haynes Morris Minor Owners Workshop Manual. And having looked more thoroughly(!) the later stipulates a 10A fuse whilst the former, albeit it illustrates the fuse and holder, doesn't actually say what amperage to use(??!).

Obviously i'll be using a 10A ... a little more attention to detail on my part would have answered the queerie sooner; sorry to have been a pest(!!).

And I'm sorry Darren, i don't have any pics of the Traveller (but it might still be on the website of my vendor in the UK -- 'House of Carriages'). But in any event, she's not very 'photographable' at the moment: all the timber's stripped back for re-finishing and she's covered in dust. When she's all shinny again i'll post some pics.

Cheers
Red Woody

looks like I'll have to buy the haynes manual, I thought with all the versions I had I'd have it covered.
