This would have to be one of the biggest car displays in Australia with over 1700 cars on display.

Eastern Creek Raceway is the venue & provides plenty of room for the cars. The only problem is getting around to seeing everything.

All the cars on display have the opportunity to do 1 lap behind a pace car.
Normally the pace car is quite quick (a darn sight quicker than us Morries anyway) but this year we managed to get stuck behind a bus (I was so far back I didn't even see a bus Eye Rolls ). Nonetheless, I managed to give the crossplies a workout Very Happy .

Here's a few photos from the day (click on the photo to enlarge):

I also made the trip to Eastern creek fantastic day but you needed more time to see everthing.
Of interest to me was the Austin A 30 ( Actually a Austin A35 From U.K) the yellow one in Scotts photo,s . A very rapid appendix J car and part of their display race.
The car was running 948 cc with Webber and extractors even had the standard head ( not Cooper S ) port polish larger valves etc. as I said before fast little car. Yellow Sedan Yellow Ute Shocked Very Happy Eye Rolls
